Following a regional review, LDK Ventures tapped MeringCarson to handle branding for the development of the Sacramento Railyards. The 200-acre project, currently in the planning stage, is expected to
include retail/entertainment, an innovation district, a Kaiser hospital, a Railroad Technology Museum and mixed-use residential development. New work is slated to launch in early 2016.
