Women’s ready-to-wear line Misha Nonoo has appointed Deep Focus,
part of the Engine group of advertising and marketing agencies, as its creative AOR, the companies confirmed Tuesday.
Deep Focus will be responsible for managing creative, strategy and
digital, working alongside the client’s other agency partners. Led by agency President Kara O’Neill, the business will be handled out of the shop’s New York office.
The
agency’s first work for the brand is anticipated to launch in September during New York Fashion Week.
“My mission is to create a wardrobe for women that makes life easier and
empowers them to be bold pioneers,” stated Nonoo, the brand’s namesake founder. “Deep Focus is passionate about how digital technology can impact the future of fashion, and together
we are aiming to create a movement that ignites a culture of style freedom for women.”

The London-bred Nonoo launched her womenswear collection in the fall of 20ll at New York
Fashion Week and she’s already accumulated a trophy case full of awards. Most recently, she received attention for pioneering the fashion industry’s first “insta-show”
presenting her Spring/Summer 2016 collection exclusively on Instagram during New York Fashion Week. The project won the “Fashion Futures” award for best “Beyond the Runway”
experience.
“Misha Nonoo is changing the way women dress for life and work,” said O’Neill. “Together, our plan is to create a clothing brand that breaks all of
the rules and uses technology to build the storefront of the future.”
