Chicago-based JLL, the global investment management firm specializing in commercial property, has appointed GroupM’s Maxus UK as its new digital media agency for Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Maxus will be responsible for all media planning and buying, SEO, search advertising, social media content strategy and production, as well as email marketing and conversion rate optimization. The assignment will be managed by Maxus Performance, the specialist performance marketing division at the agency.
Initially, Maxus will provide an overhaul of JLL EMEA’s media accounts, Web site, and media strategy and planning.
William Douglas, EMEA chief marketing officer at JLL, said: “We were looking for a single digital media agency that could consolidate, lead and assist with the strategy and delivery of key elements of our digital marketing activation. After the pitch process, we felt that Maxus really understood JLL EMEA as a business and can provide both the technical proficiency and creative thinking that will help grow JLL as a business throughout EMEA.”
JLL generated $6 billion in gross revenue in 2016.
