Political Online Ad Targeting Gaining Attention

Priorities USA pulled out the big guns Tuesday for an advertisement that pits the U.S. presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump against blacks and disabled voters. The ad will run in four swing states.

The ad is running in pre-roll video, Instagram, and Facebook in Ohio, Virginia, Florida and North Carolina, where President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton campaigned together for the first time during this cycle, according to one report.

The online ad titled "Dante" features a 17-year-old man who was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer on his spine as a baby that now restricts his movement.

Dante notes, ldquo;I spent my whole life fighting back, so you can imagine what I thought when I saw Donald Trump say" -- and then there's a switch to the 2015 incident when Trump mocked a New York Times reporter with a disability that restricts his own movement. “I don’t want a president who makes fun of me. I want a president who inspires me," Dante says. "And that’s not Donald Trump."

CNBC.com reports that Trump's Web site is running software from Rocket Fuel and [x+1], which provides automated ad-buying tools that Rocket Fuel acquired in 2014, according to Ghostery.
