British Airways is understood to have appointed OgilvyOne to its UK social media account, 17 months after moving its global digital business out of the
WPP agency and into SapientNitro. The win is a coup for OgilvyOne, which had previously handled both the customer loyalty and digital creative accounts. The shop lost the customer loyalty
business in 2014.
