"Tone Deaf" Email Sparks Outrage Against United's CEO

The Daily Mail has blasted United Airline's CEO, Oscar Munoz, for an email in which it claims to have labelled a passenger who had to be forcibly removed as "disruptive and belligerent". The email, it reports, has shown the CEO to be "tone deaf" even though it did go on to say the airline could learn lessons from the episode.
