SendPulse, an email marketing service company, has added Artificial Intelligence (AI) to its email platform. The goal is to get personalized messages into inboxes at the times consumers check their
emails, the company said.
The AI feature relies on machine learning to create profiles based on billions of subscriber data points and customer behavior, the firm added.
The
service can be utilized across all text-based communications platforms, including email, social media, web push notifications and SMS, SendPulse continued.
Founded in 2015, SendPulse has
600,000 customers.
