O’Keefe Reinhard & Paul (OKRP) is
bolstering its digital capabilities with the acquisition of Chicago-based Juice Interactive. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004 by partners JoAnn Leonard and Tim
Rawls, the agency works with clients including Mead Johnson Nutrition, MillerCoors and SAP Hybris.
Capabilities include digital and social strategy, integrated-marketing campaign
development, user experience design, commerce solutions and branded-content development.
“We’ve been looking for the right digital agency partner that can bring innovation
and technology solutions to enhance our creative ideas in service of ever-changing client needs,” says Nick Paul, president, OKRP.
Juice will relocate its employees into
OKRP’s recently built headquarters office in Chicago’s West Loop.

The 10-person agency will operate within OKRP under its current name. It will partner with OKRP on its
accounts, but will also have its own accounts.
The acquisition of Juice is part of OKRP’s ongoing investment in companies and talent to expand its client offerings. It follows the
agency’s hiring of Marian Williams, founder of Marian Williams Design, to lead an expanded design offering within the agency.
