TalkTalk is once again crowned by Ofcom as the most complained about British telecom, the
BBC reveals. BT won the unwelcome honour of being the most complained about pay-TV service in the UK
and BT and Vodafone were the mobile brands that annoyed users the most in Q4 of 217.
