Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired Chilean performance agency, White Label, which is being aligned with the firm’s iProspect network and will be rebranded as iProspect Chile. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
The six-year-old agency specializes in digital services including SEO, SEM, social, paid media and digital analytics. Clients include L’Oreal and Banco Ripley.
iProspect Chile will continue to operate under the leadership of White Label’s founder and managing director, Alejandro García, who will report to Iván Pozarski, CEO, Dentsu Aegis Network Chile and Philippe Seignol, president of iProspect in Latin America.
“This acquisition will enhance our ability to help clients build brands across Latin America, while also achieving our vision of becoming a 100% digital economy business by 2020," stated Claudia Colafferro, CEO, Dentsu Aegis Network Latin America.
