Braze Opens Office In Singapore To Serve Messaging Clients

Braze, the customer engagement company formerly known as Appboy, has opened an office in Singapore to serve the Asia-Pacific market.

The office will be headed by Ben Glynn, senior director of Braze APAC.

The opening is a collaboration with the Economic Development Board of Singapore.

The company serves over 50 clients headquartered in the region, including global electronics company LG; online grocery delivery company RedMart, and Thailand-based ecommerce marketplace Kaidee.

Braze has achieved 2.5x year-over-year growth in annual recurring revenue in the region since 2016. The firm delivers messaging via email, push, apps and other channels.

“Our continued global growth comes on the heels of our Series D funding, with our Singapore office opening at the core of our expansion strategy in Asia," states Bill Magnuson, CEO and co-founder of Braze.
