Caesars Entertainment Drives Opens And Clicks Using Persado

Caesars Entertainment has seen a 12 percent-plus increase in email open rates and a 24 percent lift in click-throughs using Persado’s AI platform through an integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  

Persado and Caesars have determined the language and emotions that resonate with the audience, and have used these insights to send personalized messages through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, according to Persado.

“Personalization is a key goal for us at Caesars and we partnered with Persado and Salesforce to deliver email personalization that is focused on driving business results,” states Tonya Carpenter, director of email marketing, Caesars Entertainment.  

Caesars is one of 50 firms that are deploying the technology, which uses deep-learning algorithms to analyze previous marketing program data to create an emotional profile, according to Persado.
