Omnicom Group has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Sellbytel Group, a provider of outsourced sales and support services, to Webhelp Group, a Paris-based global business process outsourcer that is backed by investor KKR. Terms were not disclosed.

Omnicom has told analysts in the past that it was reviewing its stable of companies to possibly divest of non-core assets. And the holding company confirmed that the Sellbytel deal “is consistent with its strategic plan and investment priorities.”

Sellbytel has operations in Spain, Germany, Portugal, Puerto Rico and Malaysia. It has been part of Omnicom since 1994.
