MDC's Allison+Partners Eyes Global Growth With OneChocolate Acquisition

MDC's Allison+Partners is acquiring PR and digital agency OneChocolate Communications as A+P ramps up its global footprint. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Founded in 1992, OneChocolate has offices in London, Munich and San Francisco, as well as its own EMEA partner network, Embrace. 

The 40-person agency services consumer, B2B and technology sectors, including GreenIQ, Peel, and Asian mobile messaging platform Line. 

Under the deal, OneChocolate co-founder Jill Coomber will now serve as managing director of the A+P's Consumer practice in Europe. Co-founder Sue Grant is appointed managing director of A+P’s Technology practice in Europe, and both will join A+P's  European management team.
