Imre Buys Luxury PR Agency JMPR

Marketing agency Imre is acquiring JMPR, a Los Angeles-based public relations agency specializing in the luxury, lifestyle and transportation industries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Imre said the acquisition would help it meet growing client  demand for earned media services. 

The 40-year-old JMPR currently has clients including Infiniti, Airstream, Bugatti, the Los Angeles Auto Show, Prestone and Meguiar’s. 

Imre’s own roster of clients includes PepsiCo, Dickies, AstraZeneca, T. Rowe Price, Under Armour, STIHL, and Zoetis.

The JMPR team will join imre, doubling the size of imre's LA office to 124 employees. 

JMPR will continue to operate under its own name as a division of the full-service marketing agency, with a strong focus on the automotive and luxury categories.
