Former 'Top Gear' Presenters Pay Nearly As Much Tax In UK As Amazon

Here's a stat to pull out of the bag next time you want to talk about Amazon. Chump Holdings, the business set up by the former "Top Gear" presenters who are now behind Amazon's "The Grand Tour," made a profit of GBP7.6m and paid GBP1.5m in corporation tax. That is just below the GBP1.7m corporation tax Amazon paid once tax credits were deducted, The Guardian reports.
