Narvar Acquires French Post-Purchase Startup Kronos Care

Customer engagement firm Narvar has acquired Kronos Care, a Paris-based startup that helps luxury brands with post-purchase notifications. Terms were not disclosed.

The move allows Narvar to expand its global footprint. It has tripled its staff in the European market, adding regional teams in Munich and Paris, and doubled its presence in the EMEA region.

Kronos Care will operate as part of Narvar’s Southern Europe team in Paris, under regional director Adrien Naeem.

The startup’s customer list in France includes Etam, Intersport, Camaieu, L’Oréal, and LVMH brands.

Kronos Care’s founders Antoine d’Espalungue and Guillaume L’Hostis “have accomplished a lot with their scrappy team of five people,” writes Narvar CEO Amit Sharma in a bog post.

The firm “enables retailers and brands to increase loyalty through branded notification experiences,” Sharma adds.

Clients will continue to operate on the current platform until the transition is complete, the company says.
