Douglas Elliman Real Estate is appointing Grey New York as advertising agency of record, following a review.
The incumbent agency was NY-based boutique AgencySacks.
Grey will develop a new global brand strategy, visual identity and extensive new brand campaign.
The work will encompass each of the firm’s regions including New York, Florida, California, Colorado, Massachusetts and Connecticut, as well its new development division, Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
Last year, Douglas Elliman spent $14 million on advertising.
