Microsoft Email Service Down In Parts Of Europe: Reports

Microsoft Office 365 is suffering service problems affecting email in the UK and parts of Europe, it was reported on Thursday afternoon.
Among the complaints coming in to downdetector, 40% have been for Outlook.
“Outlook not loading since first thing this morning - says there's some DNS error,” writes one user in a post.
Another user tweets: “Great day at work. Microsoft Exchange is down so nobody is able to send or receive emails. Literally have no work. Sitting here just waiting until end of the day.”
A Microsoft spokesperson says: “We’re working to resolve difficulties some customers in Europe are experiencing when attempting to access Exchange Online,” according to Breaking News
The outages are heaviest in the UK and Northern Europe, with some problems in the Northeast and West Coast of the U.S., according to the downdetector map.
