Adidas subsidiary Reebok has appointed Deutsch its new global creative agency of record after a formal review. The incumbent was Venables Bell & Partners. The agency did not defend.
The business will be led out of Deutsch’s New York office.
The creative pitch followed the brand’s media review last year when it opted to move its account from Carat to MediaCom.
Reebok’s vice president of global marketing Melanie Boulden issued a statement:
“After a vigorous pitch process, Deutsch’s bold, innovative and unapologetic work stood out as it epitomizes our brand ethos. We are excited to partner with them to continue our mission of becoming the best fitness brand in the world.”
