The Challenge

The Wing is a network of work and community spaces designed for women. Their mission is the advancement of women through community -- which is growing to become more than just a space.

Their web experience allowed members to RSVP for events, network with other members, and consume brand-driven content. But this experience wasn’t intuitive, leaving many features unused or poorly implemented -- and everything was built on a digital platform that couldn’t accommodate the company’s recent exponential growth.

The Wing needed an iOS app.

The Execution

Prolific Interactive built a digital experience for members that encourages them to maximize the full value of the network while improving the conversion rates of people on-boarding, interacting with the digital experience, and RSVP’ing for events. 

The Results

In less than six months since launch:

  • Over 60% of members have installed the iOS app and spend significantly more time on the app compared to mobile web. 
  • Over 90% of people who have downloaded the app have finished the on-boarding process. 
  • A 36% lift in getting people who RSVP for events to actually attend them.
