Medical Device Company Enlists Football Icon Joe Montana

Stimwave Technologies, a manufacturer of wireless medical pain relief implant bioelectric technology, has named NFL icon Joe Montana its official spokesperson.

The Professional Football Hall of Fame member and four-time Super Bowl champion continues to feel the physical effects of his playing career that ended in 1994.

“Nobody knows better about living with chronic pain than Joe Montana,” states Laura Perryman, founder and CEO of Stimwave.

Montana has undergone multiple knee surgeries as well as back, neck and shoulder surgery. He also suffers from arthritis in his elbows, knees and hands.

Stimwave offers a wireless, battery-free, opioid-free implant cleared by the Food and Drug Administration to treat chronic neuropathic pain throughout the body, including for shoulder, wrist, elbow, knee and hip discomfort.
