HubSpot has added free email creation, sending, and analytics tools to its free HubSpot CRM. The goal is to help companies streamline their email marketing process.
HubSpot CRM users can now create contact lists and send up to 2,000 emails per month with a user-friendly email editor, the company claims.
HubtSpot research shows that 82% of teams lose up to an hour a day logging on to disparate systems. This is due to an “explosion of email marketing tools targeting small or growing businesses, states Kipp Bodnar, CMO of HubSpot.
Bodnar charges that these “those free or low-cost solutions are often standalone and don't provide a full view of the customer experience.”
At least one HubSpot client supports that view. “We often end up signing up for lots of disjointed tools, which can make it tough to get a full view of the customer journey," states Thomas Berry, student outreach consultant at Picmonic.
Berry continues that HubSpot’s new features enable the firm to “combine those automation tools with the insights we gather in the CRM.”
HubSpot “has created another touchpoint for us to showcase early value and attract new clients," adds Richard Wood, managing director of Six & Flow, an agency and HubSpot partner.
In another development, HubSpot has enhanced free ad tools. Users can not track and manage up to $1,000 per month in ad spend across Facebook, Google and LinkedIn.
