Lincoln Introduces Rewards Program

Lincoln is introducing a rewards program aimed at elevating consumer experiences along with increasing loyalty.

Lincoln Access Rewards offers customers who purchase or lease a new Lincoln vehicle opportunities to earn points that can be redeemed for future new vehicles, dealer services or experiences with Lincoln hospitality partners. Points can be earned by scheduling services through the Lincoln Way app.

It is the latest program from Lincoln that highlights its suite of client services, like the nationally available Lincoln Pickup and Delivery, which, since its inception in 2016, has provided more than 250,000 rides to owners whose vehicles are being serviced. It is now set to expand globally.

The program aims to build on the brand’s portfolio of “effortless experiences,” says Rebecca Anderson, Lincoln client experience manager.

“It’s about giving our clients back time -- the resource they value most -- and then offering personalized experiences that reward them for being with Lincoln,” Anderson says in a release.

All of the luxury automaker’s dealers have signed on to participate in the program in the top U.S. luxury markets, Anderson says.

The program will have three tiers -- standard, reserve and black label -- based on the number of points earned.

By banking their points, vehicle owners can move up and earn higher tier level experiences. Those who join the program with purchase of a 2020 model year vehicle will be given welcome points.

Ford Motor Co.’s luxury division is promoting the program via information provided on the Lincoln site. “We will have more information about the partners at a later date,“ according to a spokesperson.
