Cruise Planners Enhances Email, Direct Mail Targeting For Travel Advisors

Cruise Planners has added enhanced micro-targeting features to its email and direct mail services for travel advisors.

The firm is now able to target, creating lists based on geo-targets and past travel preferences and whether someone is a repeat or new customer.  

Cruise Planners, an American Express travel representative, seeks to take its “loyalty and retention marketing game to the next level on behalf of our travel advisors,” states Michelle Fee, CEO and founder of Cruise Planners.

Cruise Planners initiates marketing for travel advisors. This frees the advisors to “meet new prospects and sell travel,” Fee says.

Cruise Planners operates a network of more than 2,500 franchise owners who book travel. The company’s targeting tools include:

  • CP Insights — These provide economic, demographic and behavioral segmentation.
  • Hot Lists – A tool allowing travel advisors to easily engage with their clients.
  • CP View – This helps help agents offer sailings and itineraries with audiences based on customer data, sales trends and consumer behavior.
