This morning, the print editions of both The New York Times and The Washington Post feature banner headlines underscoring the significance of Ambassador Gordon Sondland's testimony during the Congressional impeachment inquiry Wednesday confirming he was following the President's orders and that there was an explicit "quid pro quo" made to Ukraine.
