Omnicom’s commerce agency TPN has plans to expand its footprint globally and has promoted two executives to help achieve that goal.
Tracy Faloon has been upped to Chief Client Experience Officer and Sarah Cunningham has been elevated to Chief Growth Officer.
Faloon was previously chief of client integration and senior vice president of retail strategy for the agency, which currently has offices in the U.S. and the UK. She’s credited with being a “driving force” behind the establishment of the firm’s UK operation.
Cunningham was previously TPN's senior vice president of client service and vice president of account services. She helped develop TPN's digital consultancy Velocity Commerce Group.
The agency’s clients include Hershey’s, Bank of America and Sara Lee.
