Miva Inc. and Sendlane have partnered to integrate Sendlane’s email marketing automation into Miva’s ecommerce platform to help online retailers achieve email personalization.
The arrangement will help ecommerce brands “leverage store data to truly maximize their ROI and customer LTV,” states Jimmy Kim, CEO of Sendlane.
“Integrating with Sendlane’s email automation tools enables merchants to improve the efficacy of their messaging and maximize the impact of their email campaigns,” adds Brennan Heyde, VP of Product at Miva.
Miva says many online merchants struggle to execute profitable email campaigns.
Sendlane brings an email marketing automation platform to the table. It features site-to site-to-site tracking capabilities that will help Miva users track customer behavior throughout the buying journey to drive abandoned cart messages and custom product recommendations, the firm claims.
Miva provides what it says is a flexible ecommerce platform to mid-size and enterprise merchants.
Kim argues that email “should be driving 30-40% of monthly revenue for ecommerce stores.”
