Verint Systems Inc. has expanded its partnership with Adobe to combine data from the Verint Experience Cloud and the Adobe Experience Platform.
The goal is to help joint clients
achieve “more robust, cross-channel VoC feedback through our integrations,” in the interest of driving a more better customer experience, states Cody Crnkovich, head of platform partners
and strategy at Adobe.
Combining behavioral and attitudinal data, the integration will enable brands to automate the process of predicting and acting on experience drivers while
magnifying their Adobe digital analytics outcomes, Verint says. The result is a more personalized customer journey, it ads.
The integration between the two firms to date seems to be going
well. "We’re no longer just reacting to customer behaviors, but proactively predicting and developing personalized experiences that will help our brand stay competitive," states Andrew Morris,
