Publicis Sapient has acquired Australian-based management consultancy Third Horizon for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2004, Third Horizon focuses on the public sector and energy spaces with clients including New South Wales and Victoria State Governments, Lendlease, Powerco New Zealand, Ausgrid and the Federal Government.

The company’s offerings include strategic services, human-centered design, technology enablement and culture & change management.

Publicis Sapient recognizes the importance of bolstering its management consultancy capabilities to help businesses transform during a time of unprecedented levels of change across multiple industries and the acquisition gives Third Horizon clients access to Publicis Sapient’s global scale.

The two companies already had an established relationship, having previously partnered on a variety of client activities.

Third Horizon leaders and owners Neville Bagot, Steve Metzmacher and Robert Kelly will continue to have critical leadership roles within Publicis Sapient. Publicis Sapient Australia is led by managing director, Sarah Adam-Gedge.
