If you can beat zombie apocalypses, you can beat this. That's what the stars of AMC Networks' shows such as "The Walking Dead," "Breaking Bad," and "Better Call Saul" seem to be saying in a new inspirational public service promo that will air across AMC, BBC America, IFC and SundanceTV.
The campaign, which uses the theme "We're With You," is intended to remind viewers that "we're all in this together."
“Our 'We’re With You' campaign is intended to give information, to offer companionship in the kind of responsive way that linear tv is uniquely able to, and we want to offer audiences the chance to have a laugh, maybe especially important at times of crisis,” states Sarah Barnett, President of AMC Networks Entertainment Group and AMC Studios. “We also wanted to make our great content available to more viewers at a time when we are all looking for fantastic things to watch.”
As part of the effort, AMC announced it will make episodes of its most popular series available in front of its paywalls so all viewers can enjoy them through May. 1.
