ActiveCampaign Debuts Customer Experience Marketplace

ActiveCampaign, a provider of customer experience automation, has launched a marketplace for brands seeking to better serve their customers.

The new resource, ActiveCampaign Marketplace, features over 250 recipes and templates.

In addition, the marketplace includes filters based on experience level, industry and business needs, and it provides share functionality so teams can forward templates to others on their team.

Jason Vandeboom, CEO and founder of ActiveCampaign, claims that “no other marketing automation, email marketing, CRM or support solution has created a publicly available library of customer experience recipes.”

With recipes gleaned from the marketplace, users can create a welcome email series, follow up with an abandoned shopping cart message and segment new contacts after they have scheduled a meeting through an appointment scheduler, the company says.

Users can customize and easily import recipes, ActiveCampaign says.

FoodTrails, an Australia-based food travel company, has tested the marketplace and its recopies.

“Automation recipes have allowed me to re-engage with my audience,” states Himanshi Munshaw Luhar, director of FoodieTrails. “I was able to begin with simple recipes to start and move onto more complicated automations to better connect with my customers.”

Luhar adds, “With our business coming to a standstill due to COVID-19, we were able to pivot and create a physical product paired with a virtual experience.”

The marketplace is un-gated, and non-ActiveCampaign clients can browse it.
