W2O continues its acquisition spree by adding Discern Health to its health network portfolio. 

The healthcare consultancy, based in Washington DC and Baltimore, advises clients about quality measurement in health care, and the strategic implications of measurement. 

Under the agreement, Discern will continue to operate under the same name and leadership, only now as part of W2O’s single, integrated P&L operation.

“The scope of the work and projects we’ve worked on together over the last year brought to light just how compatible our companies are and how we could partner together to create and innovate for our clients, says Rita Glaze, practice leader, commercial strategy and market access at W2O.  

This is the sixth acquisition W2O has completed in a little over a year.
