Cloud software developer Really Simple Systems has debuted a tool to help small and medium-sized businesses send and track email marketing campaigns.
The new offering, Simple
Marketing, can be integrated with sales CRM systems.
The solution provides a redesigned email editor and a drag-and-drop interface, a Campaign Wizard for creating and sending email campaigns
and a contact segmentation tool for dynamically populating mailing lists.
In addition, it offers the features of a stand-alone system, states John Paterson, founder and CEO
of Really Simple Systems.
Paterson observes that businesses have traditionally used “one CRM system for their sales teams and another for sending marketing emails.”
This leads to “integration issues and the inability for the sales team to see their prospects' individual reactions to marketing emails, Paterson says.
The tool is available for set
monthly fees.
