The total universe is 10.1 million, with 100% availability of email addresses, according to a promotional email sent by the firm. The weekly hotline costs $100 per thousand names, and the email select is $25 per thousand.  

The customers, who generate an average order size of $50, apparently use CBD to eliminate pain and inflammation. 

The list also provides 100% coverage of segments such as date of birth and phone, the company says. 

In addition, it includes identifiable ailments on 85% and pet ownership on 80%, while identifying 25% as multi-buyers.
