Wunderman Thompson Chile launched a radio campaign for conservation group WWF Chile.
The agency helped capture sounds for the ads of an Australian magpie mimicking a firemen’s
sirens, and a Lyrebird imitating the sound of chainsaws.
Listen to them here.
“We have been
witnessing for decades how the devastation of our nature takes millions of animals lives each year,” the agency states. In 2019, “more than 4.5 million bushfires were registered, and more
than 13 million hectares were deforested in the world. For this reason, with WWF Chile we created ‘Nature is calling for help,’ the first radio campaign made with real bird songs, recorded
while their forests were being destroyed.”
