ScaleX.ai Adds FlowEngine.io's AI To ABM Arsenal

ScaleX.ai -- a firm focused on the B2B sales pipeline -- has acquired FlowEngine.io’s account-based marketing (ABM) technology to help it with outreach. 

The move was driven by the fact that outbound prospecting is more difficult, given the switch to working at home, states Chad Burmeister, CEO of ScaleX.ai. Burmeister adds that “email and phone outreach doesn’t work nearly as well as it used to.”

The nature of the arrangement was not disclosed.

Burmeister points to research showing that fewer than 20% of companies have mature account-based marketing programs. However, the firm contends that early adopters see increases in such metrics as lifetime value.
