Microsoft is creating a universal Outlook client called Monarch as part of its stated goal to have “One Outlook.”
Monarch will work across PC, Mac and the Web, according to Windows Central.
Built with web technologies, Monarch will” deliver Outlook as a single product, with the same user experience and codebase whether that be on Windows or Mac,”” Windows Central writes.
Monarch will be available to both free users and business customers, it adds.
The product is expected to be available by the end of 2021.
One Outlook will deliver “faster, customer-focused innovation with a consistent experience on all clients,” Microsoft claims.
