Performance advertising firm Digital Media Solutions (DMS) has named two key executives. 

Thomas Bock has been appointed to the new position of executive vice president of corporate strategy and investor relations. 

Previously, Bock was a senior banker at Regions Financial Corporation in that firm's Technology, Media & Communications Investment Banking Group. Bock has also served at SunTrust, UBS, Citigroup, SG Cowen and PaineWebber. 

In addition, DMS has named Tony Saldana as general counsel and executive vice president of compliance. 

Prior to this, Saldana had been with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, an international law firm.

The two appointments will strengthen the firm’s public company and M&A initiatives, DMS says.
