GroupM's Wavemaker unit has made two key hires, naming Amazon's Delphine Fabre-Hernoux Chief Data and Analytics Officer, and ad agency vet Alex Norman Chief Growth Officer.
The appointments follow Wavemaker's recent hiring of Vinny Rinaldi as head of investment and activation, and all three executives will sit on the agency's executive committee.
At Amazon, Fabre-Hernoux served as global head of Amazon Advertising Insights Sharing. Prior to that, she was executive vice president-global data, technology and analytics at Publicis Groupe, and before that was North American business product marketing lead at Facebook.
Norman previously was head of growth at Global Team Blue, and co-founder and CEO at ecommerce agency Armstrong.
