
Joe Farley, product partner for ecommerce at
Dentsu’s iProspect unit, has joined marketplace services platform Tambo as associate director in its consultancy division.
Farley, a U.K.-based expert on ecommerce, previously
held stints at U.K. Mail and Clickthrough Marketing. Prior to that, he worked in real-world commerce as a package handler for UPS.
Tambo, which specializes in helping brands grow
their businesses on Amazon and other digital marketplaces, said Farley joins at a “pivotal time,” citing an “incredible uplift in demand in the last seven months.
“In what has been a challenging retail environment for many, with lockdowns making high streets desolate, Tambo has seen first hand the lifeline that online shopping has
provided,” the company said in a statement announcing Farley’s hire.
