Omnicom's DDB Worldwide has appointed Donna Tobin Global Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.

Reporting to Global CEO Marty O’Halloran, Tobin will oversee all global and North America internal and external corporate communications, including brand management, media relations, corporate social responsibility and cultural communications.

She joins from the 4A's,where she was executive vice president/marketing, communications, events and partnerships. Previously she held senior marketing posts at NPD Group, Kantar Retail and Hasbro.

Tobin is the second C-Suite level hire for the agency in as many weeks. Last week Andrea Diquez was named CEO of DDB Chicago.
