Customer engagement firm Influitive is offering a tool that it says can help email marketers who need to communicate in different languages.
All customer touchpoints can be delivered in the language that best suits the audience, from the invitation email and sign-up page to the home page, content and rewards, the company claims.
Influitive’s Profile Fields enables program managers to invite members in their preferred language or have members select a language during their gamified onboarding experience. Copy can also be edited.
“Many of our existing customers have already expanded their advocacy programs to multiple countries, so it was imperative that they could deliver a top-notch experience to their customers in a variety of languages,” states Dan McCall, chief executive officer at Influitive.

Language capability is especially important for technology marketers.
“Our SAS Analytics Explorers advocate community has specialized programs in Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America, and North America, where thousands of data scientists, business analysts, marketing, risk professionals and fraud experts interact with each other over five different language," says Dean Shaw, global advocacy program manager at SAS.
Shaw adds: “In our view, you can’t enter another country or market and launch an advocate program without localizing the experience.”
