Identity resolution provider Neustar Inc., a Trans Union company, has added an email capability to its suite of contact center tools.
The new offering, Email intelligence, provides signals and scores on email impact while reducing compliance and financial risks, the company says.
Email Intelligence provides information such as each customer’s preferred email address, alternative emails for hard-to-reach consumers, and exactly which emails will be successfully delivered,” says Robert McKay, senior vice president of risk solutions for Neustar.
Email Intelligence is powered by the Neustar’s OneID identity resolution platform, which the firm says provides a holistic view of customers in both online and offline channels.
In addition, the tool helps brands organizations protect against sending sensitive information to the wrong recipient, while reducing the risk of being blacklisted or shut down.
“With 30% of email addresses changing each year, the risk of emailing a consumer at an email that is no longer accessible jeopardizes contact rates and increases the risk of running afoul of regulations,” McKay says.
