B2B experience platform CloudShare has formed
an a integration with Salesforce that it says will help sales representatives make better decisions based on data.
The arrangement allows users to connect their
CloudShare accounts directly to Salesforce. Data from CloudShare projects can be populated into Salesforce, allowing sales teams to create reports and choose how they want to sync the information, the
company says.
In addition, the integration facilitates an end to manual data transfers, while providing a single source of truth, it says. CloudShare also provides interactive POC demos
and training sessions.
“The Salesforce integration is a direct result of customer demand as we learned that using multiple systems made the whole sales process inefficient,” states
Zvi Guterman, co-founder and chief executive officer of CloudShare.
Guterman adds that the integration will “not only save sales teams’ time and optimize their productivity
but will help them to drive customer acquisition and retention which will ultimately impact the bottom line.”
Sales reps often turned to static video conferencing demos during the
COVID-19 pandemic, the company notes.
CloudShare serves software and cybersecurity companies such as Palo Alto Networks, Atlassian, Check Point Software,
ForgeRock, Dell, and HP.
Guterman says the firm will pursue ambitious growth plans this year in the U.K.
