Badger Agency Promotes Troubh To President, Adds Fashion Vet Kessler-Sanders

The Badger Agency has made two senior executive moves including promoting Natalie Troubh to president.  In addition, fashion industry veteran Michelle Kessler-Sanders has joined the agency as director of brand development & growth strategy.

Troubh has been managing director at the agency for the last three-plus years. Earlier she held senior account roles at FIG and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Kessler-Sanders joins the agency with extensive brand-side experience having served as president of Calvin Klein 205W39NYC. She was also fashion director for T, accessories director at Vogue, fashion director of Juicy Couture, senior vice president at Donna Karan, and Vera Wang’s creative director and executive vice president.

“Natalie has been a driving force in our ability to provoke cultural change, redefine category norms and create long-term sustainable growth,” said agency founder and Chief Creative Officer Madonna Badger of Troubh.
