GP Generate Wins Contract For Water Conservation Campaign

LA’s Metropolitan Water District has selected media agency GP Generate for a 3-year contract to place media for an expanded water conversation awareness campaign after a formal review. The contract is effective with the start of MWD’s fiscal year 2023.

Metropolitan’s Board of Directors approved $10.5 million media commitment for the campaign over the three-year contract term.   

GP Generate proposed a cross-channel, multidisciplinary and multi-lingual approach to amplifying MWD’s message and educating Southern California residents with tips for saving water and information about rebates. 

The campaign launched in May via TV, radio, digital, social media, outdoor, and specific print advertising platforms. 

GP Generate is an independent full-service media agency based in Los Angeles certified for both small business and minority owned business.
