Email sending platform SparkPost has moved to a new stage in its integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Marketing Cloud users can access SparkPost’s Competitive Tracker
for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a tool it says can help brands monitor their email performance and review competitors’ campaigns, at Salesforce AppExchange.
Users benefit from
SparkPost’s consumer panel, which allows tracking and reporting on email campaigns sent by almost every major brand, including their frequency, tone and seasonality, with one login, the firm
says.

Hal Muchnick, senior vice president, commercial at SparkPost.
In addition, Competitive Tracker provides insights on “segmentation strategies, campaign deliverability, engagement
results, overlap with competing brands, you’re your standing in the industry,” wrote Steve McElroy, senior product manager, email analytics at SparkPost, in a blog post when the
tool was introduced in April.
SparkPost, a MessageBird company, handles roughly 6 trillion email sends per year, serving such clients as The New York Times, Zillow, Adobe and
Booking.com.
