Barkley Named Lead Agency For Salvation Army For Thrift Stores, Adult Rehab Centers

The Salvation Army named independent agency Barkley its lead agency for its Thrift Stores and Adult Rehabilitation Centers.

Barkley will develop creative campaigns to help the nonprofit improve consumer relations and up donations. An evergreen campaign launches this fall.

The Salvation Army has 83 Adult Rehabilitation Centers across the United States. They are funded through in-kind donations and sales profits from the nearly 700 Salvation Army thrift stores nationwide. Each year, more than 150,000 people are helped by the organization, which deals with various issues, including substance abuse, building work and social skills and helping to restore families.

“The Salvation Army is incredibly passionate about the people they serve, making the Thrift Stores and Adult Rehabilitation Centers truly more than just a business to them,” says Jason Parks, Chief Growth Officer, Barkley.
