Crossmedia defended and won the competitive pitch for
Etihad Airways' media account. It remains the global media AOR for the national airline of the UAE.
The agency has handled the account since 2019. During that time, Crossmedia supported Etihad in its digital transformationm including automating its marketing communications.
Etihad Airways will continue to modernize its communication efforts, while strengthening the brand's visibility.
